1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for and participation in the Advanced Animal Communication Workshop ("Workshop") organized by PawsitiveTales / Ashwiinii Salve ("Organizer"). By registering for the Workshop, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration and Payment

• Seat Confirmation: Your seat is only confirmed upon receipt of 100% of the Workshop fee. Partial payments do not guarantee a spot due to the limited capacity.

• Early Bird Pricing: To qualify for the Early Bird rate (₹15,999), payment must be completed in full before the advertised cutoff date. Payments made after this date will be subject to the standard rate (₹21,000).

• Inclusions: The fee covers the 2-day workshop curriculum, venue access, lunch, and high-tea refreshments as specified on the landing page. Accommodation and travel to Pune are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

3. Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

• Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the exclusive nature of the venue and prepaid commitments to our partners, all Workshop fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Transfer Policy (Risk-Free Booking): If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person (friend, colleague, or family member) at no extra cost.

• Notification: You must notify the Organizer via email at [Insert Email Address] at least 48 hours prior to the event start date with the name and contact details of the new attendee.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend the Workshop without prior notice of transfer will result in the forfeiture of the full fee.

4. Veterinary and Medical Disclaimer

• Not Medical Advice: The Participant acknowledges that Animal Communication is an intuitive practice and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, medical diagnosis, or treatment.

• Responsibility: Ashwiinii Salve and PawsitiveTales do not diagnose illnesses or prescribe medication. If your animal is physically ill or injured, you agree to seek immediate assistance from a licensed veterinarian.

• No Guarantees: While the Workshop provides advanced techniques for communication, results vary based on individual practice and aptitude. The Organizer does not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes for the Participant’s pets.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

• Ownership: All materials provided during the Workshop, including manuals, workbooks, presentation slides, and specific teaching methodologies, are the intellectual property of Ashwiinii Salve/PawsitiveTales.

• Usage: Materials are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or teach these materials to others without express written consent from Ashwiinii Salve.

• Recording: To protect the privacy of other participants and the intellectual property of the Organizer, video and audio recording of the sessions is strictly prohibited. Photography for personal social media sharing (e.g., stories) is permitted during breaks only.

6. Confidentiality and Code of Conduct

• Safe Space: This Workshop often involves sharing personal stories regarding grief and pet loss. You agree to keep all personal disclosures made by other participants strictly confidential.

• Behavior: The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or intoxicated, or who violates the safe/supportive container of the Workshop. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Image Release

By participating in the Workshop, you grant PawsitiveTales the right to use photographs or video footage taken of you during the event for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., on the website or social media). If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the Organizer upon arrival at the venue.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Personal Property: The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.

• Personal Injury: The Participant acknowledges that they are voluntarily participating in the Workshop and releases PawsitiveTales and the venue from any liability regarding personal injury incurred during the event, except where caused by gross negligence.

9. Force Majeure

In the event that the Workshop cannot take place due to acts of God, government restrictions, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, PawsitiveTales reserves the right to reschedule the event. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
